If you order today, your first candle will ship within two weeks. Subscriptions will renew every month or every three months on the same day as your original purchase date.

For example, if you order your first box on the 16th of the month, your subscription will renew either every month on the 16th or every three months on the 16th thereafter!

Billing renews on the same day as your original purchase date. For example, if you order your first box on the 16th of the month, your seasonal subscriptions will renew either every month on the 16th or every three months on the 16th thereafter! You'll have up until that time to pause, skip, or cancel your upcoming order.

Please make sure to use the shipping address for the gift recipient when checking out. If you would also like your giftee to receive email notifications regarding the subscription, please use their email address at checkout. You can always change the email address associated with the subscription by logging in and clicking “Manage Subscription”.

Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. We'll email you tracking as soon as your shipping labels are prepared!

Sure! First, create a store account by registering here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
